Strong Yoga
A calm sense of balance, strength and flexibility is developed through a dynamic variation of Hatha Yoga postures. Focusing the mind on the breath allows the postures to come with ease and helps you to notice the bodies alignment. You will leave the class feeling strong, centered and calm.
