Relax Yoga
This class releases tension throughout the
entire body and mind. Space is created through connecting the breath with
flowing movements. The class prepares the body for a deep relaxation that will
leave you feeling refreshed and contented.
Strong Yoga
A calm sense of
balance, strength and flexibility is developed through a dynamic variation of Hatha Yoga
postures. Focusing the mind on the breath allows the postures to come with ease
and helps you to notice the bodies alignment. You will leave the class feeling
strong, centered and calm.
