CLASS STYLE
An imaginative
and fun approach to yoga that incorporates all the elements of Hatha Yoga in a
form that appeals to children. Using the Yoga Bananas Technique™ children are
taught postures, meditation and breathing practice in a playful and inspiring
class. The class offers children an inclusive, fun and accessible approach to
exercising the body and mind and allows them to grow in self-awareness and
confidence.
